Understanding the Disorder Our presenters are: Dr. Timothy Vollmer, the Chairman of the Division of Neurology and Director of the Neuroimmunology Program at Barrow Neurological Institute. He also holds the Betty & John Van Denburgh Chair in Neurology. Dr. Vollmer graduated from Stanford University School of Medicine in 1982. He continued his residency training at Yale University and Stanford. He has served as the Vice Chairman of the Department of Neurology and Director of the Yale MS Research Program. Rosalind Kalb, PhD is Director of the Professional Resource Center at the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in New York City, developing and providing educational materials and consultation services for healthcare professionals. After receiving her doctorate from Fordham University in 1977, she began her career in MS, providing individual, group, and family therapy at the MS Care Center at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
