Washington state has one of the highest rates of Multiple Sclerosis in the nation. A fundraiser is currently going on to help MS patients and to educate people about the disease. Jamie Hagarty was diagnosed with MS in 2004. Through October and November she is standing outside Wal-Marts in Pasco and Richland to help raise awareness and selling CDs to support MS patients. The CD is called "Everyone Falls" and is a collection of music by Julladair Carlson and Erik Kjelland. |
