On the Move with Annette Fowler...Retiree busy growing gardens, friendshipsAnnette Fowler, 64, was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1975, but she's determined not to let that get in her way. Though she's retired, Fowler keeps busy serving as the facilitator of the Rockport Area Multiple Sclerosis Support Group, which meets the second Saturday of every month. She also divides her time between the Master Gardener program, serving as a propagation specialist and as secretary of the Plumeria Society of South Texas.
